About Wholesome & Guilt-Free Treats

My Ragi Chocolate Walnut Tea Cake is a fan favorite because it hits that sweet spot without using refined sugar. I use a hearty blend of ragi and oats, sweetened entirely with jaggery, and pack it with generous amounts of dark chocolate chips and walnuts. Since I bake everything in small batches right here in my Airoli kitchen, these cakes are made fresh to order—so do let me know in advance when you need yours.

My approach to "guilt-free" isn't about restriction; it's about using better ingredients. When I develop these recipes, I look for ways to keep the texture moist and the flavor rich, even when swapping out traditional white flour or refined sugar. Important Details for Your Order

  • Ordering: As a home baker, I operate on a pre-order basis. Please place your orders at least 24 to 48 hours in advance so I can manage the dough proofing and baking time properly.
  • Storage: These cakes are preservative-free. They are best kept in the reusable tin provided and will stay fresh for 2 to 3 days at room temperature, or up to a week if refrigerated.
  • Delivery: I am based in Airoli, Navi Mumbai. All orders are pickup, though you are welcome to send a Dunzo or Porter service to collect your treats if you cannot make it personally.
