This is my modern take on the classic Black Forest cake. I use layers of rich, eggless chocolate sponge, fresh whipped cream, and a tart cherry compote, all decorated with architectural dark chocolate shards and gold-leaf cherries for an elegant finish.

My limited-edition festive hampers are designed to be a unique experience. This one features an assortment of handcrafted, eggless treats like center-filled dates in Royal Gulkand and Kunafa flavors, alongside gourmet Chai Masala Almonds and Pepper-Kissed Hazelnut chocolates.

Why give flowers when you can give a bouquet that you can eat? I hand-pipe each flower with buttercream onto moist cupcakes, creating a stunning and delicious gift for any occasion. This bouquet features edible sunflowers, roses, and daisies.

Experience the magic of my Biscoff Milk Cake. A light, airy sponge is soaked in a sweet milk mixture and then topped with a generous layer of creamy Biscoff spread and cookie crumble. It's pure, melt-in-your-mouth indulgence.

I love creating entire dessert tables that tell a story. For this train-themed third birthday, I designed two custom cakes, matching cupcakes with fondant toppers, and personalized gift hampers to create a cohesive and memorable celebration for Avyansh.

My signature Tira-MY LOVE-su is a bestseller for a reason. It's a completely eggless recipe featuring creamy mascarpone layers and coffee-soaked biscuits, finished with a generous dusting of cocoa powder.
