• Basque Burnt Cheesecake: This one is all about the technique. It does not use a crust. Instead, I bake it at a high temperature to get that iconic, dark, caramelized top while keeping the inside incredibly soft and creamy.
• Snickers Caramel Tart: For those who want pure decadence, this tart combines a nutty, chocolatey profile with a rich caramel filling.

Practical Tips for Your Order

• Serving Advice: Cheesecakes are temperature sensitive. If you are picking up your order from Airoli, try to get it home and into the fridge as soon as possible. It helps the set, especially on a warm Mumbai day.
• Ordering: Because I am a one-person team, I do not keep stock ready on shelves. Every item is baked fresh for your specific pickup or delivery slot. This means I need at least 24 to 48 hours of notice to get the ingredients prepped and the cake chilled.
• Ingredients: I am transparent about what goes into my bakes. I always source premium couverture chocolate and fresh cream because shortcuts in ingredients show up in the final taste. If you have any specific allergies or dietary questions, please ask me before you confirm your order.
