I believe yoga is about union, or 'jodna', connecting mind and body. My weight loss yoga programs are designed for consistency, not quick fixes. We work on core muscles, flexibility, and alignment using Hatha and Vinyasa styles. If you are in Noida, you can join our weekday studio sessions that run five days a week for a steady, disciplined routine. For those with busy schedules, our weekend intensive course is a dedicated one-month program that includes eight sessions, theory, and diet guidance. We also offer private 1-on-1 training for specific needs like back pain relief or advanced skill development. All sessions take place in our well-lit Sector 104 studio, equipped with mirrors so you can monitor your own technique and posture as you practice.
