Summer Bootcamp: 30-Day Intensive
Schedule & Venue
- Duration: 4 weeks (Monday to Friday).
- Timing: Evening slot (6:00 PM to 8:30 PM).
- Location: Outdoor turf training at New Bombay City School (Ghansoli) or Pillai Campus (Panvel).
Conditioning Module
- 45-minute warm-up including jogging and agility ladder drills.
- Bodyweight strength training (pushups, burpees, squats).
- Flexibility routines and cool-down stretching.
Boxing Fundamentals
- Stance and footwork mechanics (Orthodox/Southpaw).
- Guided shadow boxing for punch technique.
- Heavy bag work on shared canvas bags.
- Non-contact partner drills using focus mitts.
Certification
- Group coaching by State Medalists.
- Certificate of Participation provided upon completion.
- Final day skills display session.
Quarterly Competition Bundle (3 Months)
Advanced Training Access
- Validity: 3 months of consecutive training (Pay for 2, Get 1 Free structure).
- Focus: Transition from general fitness to competition readiness.
- Strength: Introduction to light weight training and core strengthening.
Combat & Technical Skills
- 1-on-1 pad work rounds with the Head Coach for form correction.
- Controlled sparring sessions with academy-provided headguards and 14oz gloves.
- Instruction on ring generalship and corner defense strategy.
Competition Pathway
- Eligibility to represent the academy in District/State level tournaments.
- Affiliation with Thane Boxing Association events.
- Basic nutritional guidance for weight management.
- Waiver of standard admission fee included.

What Our Camps Are About
I run intense seasonal boxing camps where you train both body and mind. Boxing isn’t just punching - it’s discipline, focus, and real sweat. My camps are all about hard work, smart training, and building you up. Doesn't matter if you just want to get fit or are dreaming of trophies, you get pushed to give your best.
Who Can Join
- Age 6+ (boys and girls) - I start training kids young, but teens and adults are welcome.
- Never boxed before? Good. Been fighting for years? Even better. I set up each camp to suit complete newbies and competitive fighters.
- I help you with whatever goal you walk in with - self-defense, fitness, or getting competition ready.
How We Train Here
You’ll get expert coaching from certified trainers. The camps focus on both physical and mental development:
- Beginners learn basics - stance, combos, shadow boxing, and footwork. It’s sweaty but fun.
- Advanced boxers jump right into intense sparring sessions and pad work. You’ll sharpen accuracy, power, and stamina.
- Beyond punches, we do conditioning, weight training, and agility drills. Self-defense is a big part too.
- After each session, we talk strategy, discipline, and mindset. You’ll hear me yell “Shabash!” when you nail it.
Camp Details
- Major summer boxing programs for kids and adults run in May. We also do boxing holiday bootcamp sessions around New Year and other holidays.
- Camps are held at Ghansoli (New Bombay City School) and Panvel (Dr. K.M Vasudevan Pillai Campus).
- Small batches, so everyone gets attention. Seats fill fast.

My Story
Hey, I’m the coach at Ace Boxing. Here, we’re like one big family – students, parents, all of us. Started out with just a dream, now our kids win medals – Gold at Nationals, Silver at State, even Khelo India. But you know, it’s not just about medals. Watching a shy 6-year-old turn confident after a few months – that’s something. We sweat it out, then sit together for a chat, mind training too. Always tell my boxers, ‘Shabash beta, you made us proud.’ That’s our real win.

For Everyone, Age 6+ - Open to boys and girls – beginners or advanced, we train you from scratch.
Train with Medalist Coaches - Our trainers are certified pros and medalists. We know what it takes to compete.
Intense Training & Mental Strength - We push hard in sessions, then talk it out – mental strength training is part of our routine.
