At Ace Boxing, we treat every session like a building block. Whether you are six or sixty, we focus on discipline, functional conditioning, and the mental grit it takes to push yourself further, inside and outside the ring.

This is where the real work happens. In a one on one pad session, I am correcting form and pushing my student to land every punch with power and precision. You can hear the 'shabash' when the combo connects perfectly.

We start them young to build discipline and confidence. This is a personal pad work session with one of our youth boxers, focusing on mastering the basic jab and cross.

Boxing fitness is more than just hitting a bag. We build functional strength with full body conditioning circuits, including weighted sit ups and barbell exercises to develop a strong core and overall power.

About this collection

You won't find air-conditioned luxury or fancy frills here. We train on school premises, using artificial turf and functional equipment to build real, raw strength. Every 90-minute evening session is a full-body grind—we drill basic jabs, crosses, and hooks until the form is automatic, then finish with high-intensity conditioning circuits to ensure you leave the session feeling sharper than you arrived.

We believe boxing is a sport that builds character. Our sessions are designed to be equal parts physical exhaustion and mental clarity. We don't just teach you to hit a bag; we teach you the stance, the guard, and the discipline to maintain composure when things get tough.

You will hear me shouting instructions like 'niche maar' because accuracy matters more than raw power in the beginning.
  • Conditioning over Comfort: Boxing is a high-calorie burner. Our group batches include burpees, ladder drills, and sprint intervals. It is not about looking good in the mirror; it is about building the stamina to survive a 90-minute drill.
  • Mental Strength: Training the mind is non-negotiable. We end our sessions with a chat, discussing strategy or just reflecting on the day's hard work. It is where we build the family atmosphere that makes Ace Boxing a tight-knit community.

We operate with a clear focus on accessibility. We offer group memberships for those who thrive on collective energy and 1-on-1 personal coaching if you are training for competition or rapid weight loss goals. We run sessions 6 days a week in Ghansoli and Panvel, making it easier to stay consistent with your schedule.
