Weekday Intensive Group Training
Batch Structure
- Frequency: 3 days a week (Mon/Wed/Fri or Tue/Thu/Sat rotation).

- Group Size: Small to mid-sized groups (4 to 6 players per court).
- Staffing: 1 Lead Coach plus 1 Assistant to manage drills and corrections.
Training Content
- Conditioning: Mandatory 10-15 minute dynamic warm-up using resistance bands and ladders.
- Drills: Basket feeding exercises for stroke biomechanics and volley practice.
- Match Play: Final 20-30 minutes dedicated to rallying, tie-breakers, or doubles points.
Facilities
- Surface: Rental usage of Hard Courts (Acrylic) at Gymkhana or School grounds.
- Lighting: Includes floodlight electricity charges for evening visibility.
- Equipment: Standard pressure balls (Wilson/Head) provided and rotated regularly.
- Monsoon Policy: Converted to indoor fitness classes if courts are wet.
Weekend Social & Maintenance Batch
Schedule
- Frequency: 2 sessions per week (Saturday and Sunday).
- Duration: Strict 60-minute slots.
- Group Size: Larger groups (up to 8 players) with a social club atmosphere.
Session Focus
- Technique: Basic corrections on grip and swing paths.
- Gameplay: Emphasis on doubles positioning and point play drills.
- Intensity: Moderate cardio movement compared to high-intensity weekday batches.

- Supervision: Senior Coach oversight for rotation management.
- Access: Full court, nets, and shared ball baskets included.
- Weather Policy: Indoor strength and conditioning sessions provided during heavy rain.
Private 1-on-1 Technical Session

- Ratio: 1 Coach to 1 Player dedicated attention.

- Scheduling: Flexible slots, typically scheduled during off-peak hours.

How I Think About Tennis
Most adults come in thinking tennis is just about swinging a racket. It's not. Honestly, it's mostly legs, grit, and your mindset. I’ll show you how to hit, but you need to want it, even when nobody’s watching. Improvement is on you.
Fitness First, Always
You don't play tennis just to get fit - you need to be fit to play real tennis. Especially as adults, we can’t cut corners. We do compound exercises, footwork drills, and a lot of tennis fitness training. Even when it's pouring and the courts are soggy, we shift indoors and keep moving. All this makes sure you’re stronger and quicker once you’re back on the court.
What Training Looks Like
- Just Starting? We’ll drill the basics: forehand, backhand, serve. I’ll help you get that perfect phatka (that solid smack) every time.
- You Play for Fun? Our group tennis sessions are social and packed with rally time. Evening batches under lights are the best for unwinding after work.
- Want to Compete? Private sessions go deep into fixing your technique and prepping you for matches.

You join us, you’re family. We have tennis classes for adults at all levels, plus internal tournaments where you can test your game against others.
Straight Talk: Gear
Keep your racket strings fresh - beginners stick to low tension, advanced players go higher. Restring every 3 months if you’re regular.

My Story
Hey, Vanshal here – I run Tennace Academy. Tennis, for us, starts with 'Love' – and honestly, we mean it. We're more like a family than just a bunch of players. I learnt early that your mind is your strongest weapon, and that’s what I try to teach – even had a chat about it with Toni Nadal once! We just hit one year, opened another spot, and I love seeing our players grow – not just with trophies, but with real confidence and discipline. Parents see it too. Happy faces, big wins, good vibes – that’s the goal.
