We don't just put you in front of a bag. Our sessions are built around functional fitness on the turf, meaning you will rotate through agility ladders, sprints, and calisthenics before even touching the gloves. If you are looking for an air-conditioned gym with mirrors, this is not that kind of place. Expect a 90-minute, high-energy environment where the goal is to sweat, build real grit, and work alongside a team that pushes you to finish the last rep.

Real Training, Real Sweat

Our group sessions are designed to move beyond traditional gym routines. We operate on outdoor turf at our Ghansoli facility, utilizing the space to run agility circuits, shuttle sprints, and explosive movement drills that you cannot replicate on a treadmill. Every 90-minute class follows a structured path. We start with conditioning—burpees, pushups, and cone drills—to get the heart rate up, followed by technical boxing blocks.

You will learn to jab, cross, and hook with proper form, hitting heavy bags to develop actual power, not just calorie burning. Because we train in groups of 15 to 25, you gain the energy of a team environment. Everyone is working toward the same goal, which keeps you accountable when the fatigue sets in.
