Group Yoga Retreats and Nature Treks
Join our community on the mat and in the wild. We practice yoga together to quiet the mind and reconnect with nature through guided treks and retreats.
Guiding a group through Virabhadrasana (Warrior Pose) on a rocky plateau. This is an example of "Yoga Chitta Vritti Nirodha", using the physical practice to stop the fluctuations of the mind and find stability.
Leading a trek for both children and adults. Creating a space where families can connect with nature and each other is very important to me. Here, a young participant proudly holds our Vivarta Yoga banner.
A moment of instruction during a hilltop meditation session. Sharing my passion with a group of receptive individuals is where I find my professional purpose and happiness.
Leading a group in meditation on a grassy mountain slope. My goal is not to impress, but to inspire each person to find their own inner peace and strength through these shared practices.
As a teacher, my focus is the well being of my students. Here I am addressing the group before a practice session, creating a space of trust and shared learning on the hills.
The feeling of community is strongest on our challenging treks, like this one in the Himalayas. We start together, support each other on the path, and share in the spiritual rewards at destinations like the Madhyamaheshwar temple.
A group sits in shared silence, overlooking a vast valley during a day trek. These moments of collective stillness are a powerful antidote to the rush of city life and a core part of our community experience.
A group lies in Savasana on the stone steps by the Tungabhadra river in Hampi. Practicing together in such a serene and historic location deepens the sense of connection and shared peace.
About Group Sessions & Community
My group sessions are designed for all levels, from beginners to experienced practitioners. Whether we are trekking through the rocky paths of Hampi or meditating by the Tungabhadra river, I personally manage the group dynamics to ensure you feel supported and safe throughout the experience.
Transformation happens when we step out of city chaos. My retreats and group treks are built on the principle of 'Vivarta', where we use the physical act of trekking and the stillness of yoga to shift our inner state.
I offer a range of experiences, from one-day nature escapes near Bangalore to seven-day spiritual journeys in the Himalayas.
- Inclusive Practice: My sessions are for everyone. I lead children, families, and adults through poses and meditation, ensuring the pace is comfortable for all.
- Guided Wisdom: We integrate 'Yoga Chitta Vritti Nirodha' into our treks, using the environment to help stop the fluctuations of the mind.
- Practical Support: I manage all logistics, including transport, meals, and forest permits, so you can focus entirely on your practice. I also capture candid photos during our time together, preserving these shared moments of peace.
Whether it is a weekend by the coast in Gokarna or a deeper trek in the mountains, these gatherings are about building a community of seekers. If you are looking to break your limits and find balance, I invite you to join us on the next trail. May yoga happen to you. 🙏
