About Our Rising Stars
Getting to the top of the podium isn't about luck; it is about the thousands of repetitions we drill into every session. Before a gymnast can attempt an advanced routine, they must master the fundamentals of flexibility, strength, and apparatus control under our watchful eye. If you want your child to develop this level of discipline, the first step is bringing them in for an assessment where we see how they handle the floor, bars, and beam.
The TGA Approach
At our academy, we don't just teach routines; we build athletes who understand the value of sweat equity. Our competitive program for juniors is designed to be rigorous. We focus on daily conditioning, high-repetition bodyweight exercises, and strict form. When I tell my students to keep their legs 'ekdam' straight or to 'jaane do poori' on a kick, I am looking for the precision that separates a participant from a medalist.
Why Our Juniors Win
Success at the National Level Infinity Leap or the Sub-Junior Nationals is proof that our training methodology works. We prioritize:
- FIG-Approved Equipment: From beams to tumble tracks, our gymnasts train on the same gear they will encounter at major competitions.
- Small Group Ratios: With 1:12 to 1:15 ratios in our Junior Development Squad, every child gets the attention needed to correct micro-errors in their form.
- Progressive Difficulty: We use clear skill logs to track progress from Level A to C, ensuring no one skips the crucial basics.
The Path to Elite
For those showing the drive to compete, we have a clear path. We push our kids to learn the 'why' behind every movement. Whether it is a gold on the pommel horse or a bronze on the floor, these medals are tangible results of a child learning to believe in their own strength. It is a tough road, and we welcome families who are ready to commit to the process. If you are serious about your child's growth, come see our facility in Dwarka or Gurugram and watch our rising stars in action. Bahut badhiya training awaits.
The Gymnastics Academy
I am Praveen Sharma, and for me, the academy is my life. I don't just teach gymnastics; I guide these kids to believe in themselves before they even land their first flip. Seeing their grins after a tough, perfect routine—that is why I do this.
