About National & International Champions
You will notice our training differs from standard classes the moment you walk in. We train exclusively on FIG-approved apparatus because you cannot learn professional-grade routines on beginner equipment. If you are serious about competitive gymnastics, expect 6-day weekly schedules with strict discipline, constant video analysis of your form, and high-repetition conditioning to meet the standards required for national medal contention.
Training for the Podium
Our competitive program is not for dabblers. We focus on building the strength and mental toughness required for major meets like the Artistic Gymnastics National Championships and the FIG World Cup. Our gymnasts, including national medalists like Shayan Sharma and Akshat Bajaj, train under a system that demands precision—from the bars to the vault.
The Method
We combine rigorous bodyweight conditioning with international coaching techniques. Our approach is hands-on and loud. You will hear our coaches pushing for 'straight leg ekdam' (completely straight) and 'kick jaane do poori' (let the kick go fully). We believe that mastery comes from repetition. We break down every maneuver into micro-movements, record them, and review the footage until the form is flawless.
FIG-Approved Infrastructure
Safety and progress go hand-in-hand. Our facilities in Dwarka and Gurugram are equipped with TaiShan and NONI brand apparatus. Whether it is our foam pits for practicing high-risk aerials or our balance beams and pommel horses, we ensure our athletes learn in an environment that mimics the pressure and precision of the world stage. We run specialized programs for different stages:
- Junior Development: 3-4 days weekly focusing on conditioning and apparatus basics.
- Competitive Squad: 6-day intensive regimen targeting medals.
- Elite Mentorship: Focused work with Head Coach Praveen Sharma, including FIG code routine construction and mental conditioning.
