About High-Performance Tennis Training
For the Serious Competitor
If you're aiming for tournament trophies and not just casual rallies, this is where you train. I work with players who want to compete, push their limits, and live tennis every day.
What Drives Us
We go by one rule: Mehnat kar paseena baha, rukna aur thakna hai mana (work hard, sweat it out, no stopping, no giving up). If you show up, you give your all. Your passion and discipline matter more than your current skill.
How We Train
We build every part of your game, not just your shots.
- On-court, expect focused technical work with self-correction, consistency drills, and lots of live, match-like rallies.
- Movement is a big deal here. We spend a ton of time on tennis footwork training, speed, and explosive movement.
- You’ll experience both hard and clay courts, and our floodlit courts mean rain or sunset doesn’t stop us. Practice wall’s always open for extra reps.
Fitness is Non-Negotiable
A fit player is a strong player. We go hard on tennis strength and conditioning—think resistance bands, cones, running, and core. Yoga and recovery matter too; a flexible mind and body recover and compete better.
Mindset and Results
Discipline here is about life, not just tennis. We push for academic and on-court success together. Our players compete and win at DLTA, DDA, and All India levels. The drive is real, and so are the results.

Xtreme Tennis Academy
My Story
We kicked off Xtreme Tennis Academy in 2002. 20 years just zipped by, bas court pe hi zindagi hai (life’s on the court). For me, tennis is not just a sport, it’s how you learn discipline and hard work. Parents worry about studies, but I say look at Nihal—88% in boards, still smashing it here. We’re more like a family, celebrating Diwali, Christmas, everything together. Seeing our players hit goals, big or small, that’s what keeps me going.
