About Expert Coaching & Mentorship
In my elite mentorship sessions, we move beyond basic drills. We use video analysis to dissect your technique frame-by-frame, identifying the micro-errors in your form that cost points under the official FIG Code of Points. Whether it is refining your landing or perfecting the straight leg technique, we fix the details that separate a participant from a champion.
High-Performance Mentorship
This program is not for hobbyists. My High-Performance Mentorship is designed for athletes who want to compete at the state and national levels. When I coach, I treat every session like competition preparation.
The Method
We work with a tight 1:5 coach-to-athlete ratio, allowing me to provide the individual attention necessary to master complex apparatus routines. We strictly follow the current FIG Code of Points to ensure that your routines are not just clean, but high-scoring.
Where We Train
Training happens across our two locations in Dwarka and Gurugram, utilizing FIG-approved apparatus that mirrors exactly what you will see at major meets. My focus is on technical precision and consistency. I also work with athletes on the mental side of the sport, preparing you to handle the pressure of the floor, vault, and beam when it counts the most.
