- Frequency: Access to 3 to 4 sessions per week.

- Stroke Mechanics: Correction of kinetic chains including hip drive and non-dominant hand spacing.

My Story
Hey, Vanshal here – I run Tennace Academy. Tennis, for us, starts with 'Love' – and honestly, we mean it. We're more like a family than just a bunch of players. I learnt early that your mind is your strongest weapon, and that’s what I try to teach – even had a chat about it with Toni Nadal once! We just hit one year, opened another spot, and I love seeing our players grow – not just with trophies, but with real confidence and discipline. Parents see it too. Happy faces, big wins, good vibes – that’s the goal.
