We don't just teach you to hit the ball; we teach you the mindset, the footwork, and the technical drills that actually win matches.

This is what high-performance training looks like. It's about hustle, intensity, and repeating the right movements until they become second nature. We train players of all ages to move with purpose and hit with power.

My coaching goes beyond technique. I teach you how to unlock your full potential by building mental toughness. This is a lesson on self motivation and why giving 100 percent effort, even when no one is watching, is the key to becoming the best.

Tennis is 80 percent legs. I see too many players who are stiff and lazy with their footwork. Here, I explain why constant movement and intensity on your feet are non negotiable if you want to play at a high level.

I teach two numbers that will transform your game: 45 and 8. This is my core principle for generating fluid power from your hips, ensuring your body is always correctly aligned for every shot. Master this, and your shots will become a perfect 10.

I had the privilege of a one on one session with the legendary Toni Nadal, uncle and former coach of Rafael Nadal. We discussed the mental strategies and techniques needed to build world class athletes, insights that I bring to every training session at my academy.

A proper warm up is not optional. It prevents injury and prepares your body for high intensity play. This is our standard routine, which includes dynamic movements, resistance exercises, and visualization to get you ready for the court.

This is what hard work looks like. We don't just train, we build winners. I am incredibly proud of our junior player for her victory, a testament to her dedication and the effectiveness of our competitive training program.

We run tactical drills that simulate real match pressure. This drill focuses on hitting a short cross court shot to pull the opponent wide, followed by an attacking forehand and a finishing drop shot. This is how you learn to think and win points.

Meet Coach Kiara D’souza, an International Tennis Federation (ITF) athlete and national tournament winner. Her experience at the highest levels, including the Khelo India University Games, brings invaluable competitive insight to our team.

Congratulations to our adult players on their victories in the Open Singles tournament. We train committed adults to compete at a high level, and their success in both Amateur and Pro categories proves our methods work.

About Featured

If you are looking for a casual weekend hit, we might not be the right fit. Our sessions are built around the '45 and 8' principle, where your hips drive the power and your court positioning handles the rest. We do not start with how you hold the racket; we start with how you move your legs, because that is where every winning shot originates. You need to come ready to work because tennis is a game you must be fit to play, not a game you play to get fit.
