I offer personal training at your doorstep, specializing in weight loss, PCOD, pregnancy fitness, thyroid management, and injury recovery. I am here to help you become the best version of yourself.

My training approach is simple. I don't believe in fancy equipment or complex machine work. Whether you are at home in Delhi NCR or training with me online from another city, we focus on basic, functional movements like squats, lunges, and pushups. We adjust the intensity based on your current fitness level and available space, ensuring you build strength and mobility without needing a gym membership.

Fitness does not require a fancy gym. My programs are designed for real life, not a studio setup.

Home Training in Delhi NCR If you are in Delhi, Gurugram, or Noida, I come to your doorstep. We use whatever space you have, be it a living room or a small gym in your society. We utilize your own bodyweight, resistance bands, or basic dumbbells. I personally guide you through every set to ensure your form is perfect, preventing injuries while maximizing the impact of every rep.

Online Fitness Coaching Distance is never an excuse. I have trained clients across cities and countries. We connect via video calls where I watch you perform every movement in real time. You get the same accountability, form checks, and encouragement as you would in person.

The 'Basics Only' Philosophy

I ignore the noise. You will not find me prescribing useless supplements or convoluted exercises that look good on Instagram but provide zero results. We focus on:

Diets often fail because they are unrealistic. I do not give you food plans that require exotic ingredients. We work with the Roti, Dal, and Sabzi you already eat. I guide you on macro tracking and portion control so you can achieve your physique goals while eating food you actually enjoy.
