People often ask about my 90-day transformation or how I maintain consistency. The answer is simple: fitness is not a hobby; it is a 24-hour lifestyle. These photos capture the moments between the sets, where the real habit-building happens. Consistency Over Intensity
Many people land on my page looking for a quick fix, but I always tell them the same thing: 'Discipline > Motivation'. I document my life and my own transformation to show that there is no magic pill. Whether I am training a client in Delhi or coaching someone online in Canada, the fundamentals remain the same.
Why My Approach Is Different
I focus on real results using what you already have.
- No Fancy Equipment: You do not need an expensive gym membership to change your body. My programs utilize bodyweight, resistance bands, and common household items to build strength and mobility.
- Real Food: I advocate for 'ghar ka khana' (home-cooked meals). My diet plans are built around Roti, Dal, and Sabzi because that is what is sustainable for the long term.
- Accountability: If you are tired of starting a routine and quitting after two weeks, my coaching provides the oversight you need. I check in weekly, review your form, and push you to keep showing up.
My Philosophy
