I don't believe in quick fixes. This is my own fitness journey, built on the same principles of discipline, progressive overload, and consistent nutrition that I teach every day at 6262 Fitness.

People often think my transformation happened because of special supplements or genetic luck, but the truth is much simpler. I spent a year tracking my protein intake at 1.5g per kg of body weight and followed a strict 80/20 nutrition rule, allowing for one cheat meal a week while staying consistent with compound lifts. You don't need a magical program; you need to do the boring, repeatable work—like hitting your daily steps and sleeping seven hours—consistently for 90 days.
