My Transformation: Practice What I Preach
I don't believe in quick fixes. This is my own fitness journey, built on the same principles of discipline, progressive overload, and consistent nutrition that I teach every day at 6262 Fitness.
Patience builds what genetics can't. This before and after shows that consistent effort over time will always outperform a lucky genetic draw. My journey is built on discipline, not shortcuts.
Hard work truly outshines genetics. On the left is where I started, and on the right is where dedication got me. It's about showing up even on days you don't feel like it.
Discipline is the key that unlocks results your genetics might have locked away. This transformation wasn't quick, but it was built on a foundation of daily habits that last.
This video captures a pivotal moment in my journey. I thought I was fit until I was humbled by others. That moment of honesty with myself changed everything and fueled a year of intense discipline to become the best version of myself.
This is my transformation from the start of 2025 to a much leaner, stronger physique. It was achieved by following a clear, disciplined plan, focusing on clean eating, consistent training, and proper sleep.
This is what losing 5 kilos in 60 days looks like. It wasn't magic; it was a result of prioritizing protein, staying hydrated, and tracking my macros consistently.
People ask who I'm trying to impress. The answer is simple: the person I was yesterday. My motivation comes from competing with myself and proving that I can always be better.
About this collection
People often think my transformation happened because of special supplements or genetic luck, but the truth is much simpler. I spent a year tracking my protein intake at 1.5g per kg of body weight and followed a strict 80/20 nutrition rule, allowing for one cheat meal a week while staying consistent with compound lifts. You don't need a magical program; you need to do the boring, repeatable work—like hitting your daily steps and sleeping seven hours—consistently for 90 days.
Many people look at my physique and assume it’s a result of secret workouts or high-end performance drugs. The reality is far less glamorous and much more accessible: it is the result of showing up when I wanted to quit, hitting compound movements when I was tired, and choosing discipline over motivation.
Why I Lead By Example
When I started my fitness journey, I made every mistake in the book—chasing trends, overtraining, and under-eating. It took a trip to a gym in Phuket to realize that despite being a coach, I was being outperformed by people with desk jobs. That was the reality check I needed. My transformation today is built on three pillars that I enforce at 6262 Fitness in Bandra and HSR Layout:
- Progressive Overload: 2.5kg dumbbells won't build muscle. We focus on heavy, compound movements like deadlifts and squats to force adaptation.
- Sustainable Nutrition: I follow the 80/20 rule. 80% clean eating with high protein, 20% flexibility. If you are eating boiled chicken every day, you will eventually burn out.
- Lifestyle Consistency: Sleep, hydration, and daily movement are the non-negotiables that make or break your results.
The Genetics Myth
Genetics might determine your starting point, but they do not write the ending. Whether you are in Mumbai or Bengaluru, the biology of muscle growth is the same. I don't promise results overnight. I promise that if you follow the program, stay in a caloric deficit when needed, and hit your protein macros, your body will change. It is not a lottery; it is an SIP—small, daily investments that compound into a massive transformation.
