Tabata is a super-effective form of HIIT for weight loss. Because you perform it at such high intensity, your metabolism and heart rate increase immediately. Here's a client doing Tabata sprints on the treadmill.

Consistency beats intensity every single time. You see me training late at night or pushing through high-intensity Tabata because I believe in leading by example. If you have been struggling to find a rhythm, it is usually because you are trying to copy someone else's path. My Philosophy: Train Smart
Fitness is not a Netflix subscription you can just 'carry forward.' It is about showing up, even when you do not feel like it. I see so many clients get frustrated because they chase quick fixes. Yar helta iddare (who says so) that you can lose 10 kg in two weeks? I focus on functional strength and mobility that actually helps you in real life, whether you are a techie sitting at a desk all day or an athlete preparing for a season.
Why HIIT and Tabata Matter
I often incorporate Tabata and high-intensity intervals because they are efficient. If you have a busy day in North Bangalore, you do not need two hours in the gym. You need 20 minutes of high-intensity work that spikes your metabolism. When I show you these drills, I am not just giving you a timer. I am teaching you how to push your heart rate safely so your body adapts and changes.
Real-World Cardio
People think cardio is just running on a treadmill until you are bored to tears. That is why I cycle. It gets you outside, clears your head, and builds endurance without the monotony of a gym screen. When we build your plan, we will find a form of movement that you actually enjoy. Because if you do not enjoy it, you will not do it. Simple as that.
