Fitness isn't just about lifting heavy. It's about understanding your body type, your metabolism, and the science of what you eat. Here is my approach to training.

There is a lot of confusion about protein. In this video, I break down what whey protein actually is, just a fast-absorbing protein from milk, and explain why it is a useful tool for muscle recovery after a workout.

Diet advice doesn't need to be complicated. Here is a simple tip about sweet potatoes, a great source of complex carbs. I explain how to prepare them differently depending on your goal, whether it is to gain or lose weight.

This is my core belief. The gym is more than a place to lift weights; it is a sanctuary to clear your head, build discipline, and focus on becoming a stronger version of yourself, inside and out.

About My Training Philosophy: It's a Science

I do not believe in one-size-fits-all workout charts. Whether you are an ectomorph struggling to put on weight or an endomorph who gains easily, your body reacts differently to the same training. My approach starts by analyzing your specific somatotype—your body's unique blueprint—and then building a nutrition and workout strategy that works with your biology, not against it.
