My Training Philosophy: Fitness Is A Science

Fitness isn't just about lifting heavy. It's about understanding your body type, your metabolism, and the science of what you eat. Here is my approach to training.

There is a lot of confusion about protein. In this video, I break down what whey protein actually is, just a fast-absorbing protein from milk, and explain why it is a useful tool for muscle recovery after a workout.

Diet advice doesn't need to be complicated. Here is a simple tip about sweet potatoes, a great source of complex carbs. I explain how to prepare them differently depending on your goal, whether it is to gain or lose weight.

This is my core belief. The gym is more than a place to lift weights; it is a sanctuary to clear your head, build discipline, and focus on becoming a stronger version of yourself, inside and out.

About this collection

I do not believe in one-size-fits-all workout charts. Whether you are an ectomorph struggling to put on weight or an endomorph who gains easily, your body reacts differently to the same training. My approach starts by analyzing your specific somatotype—your body's unique blueprint—and then building a nutrition and workout strategy that works with your biology, not against it.

Understanding Your Body Type

Most people fail because they copy a routine they saw on Instagram. That is why the first step at Vision of Christ Fitness is body type analysis.

  • Ectomorphs: If you are naturally very thin (tumba sanna) and have a fast metabolism, we focus on progressive overload and calorie-dense nutrition rather than excessive cardio.
  • Endomorphs: If you gain weight easily, we prioritize metabolic conditioning and high-intensity movements to keep your system burning fat efficiently.

Clearing the Confusion: Nutrition

There is a lot of misinformation about what you should eat. People worry that supplements like whey protein cause health issues, but it is simply a tool derived from milk to help muscle cells recover faster after a workout. I believe in practical, home-cooked diet charts. Whether it is using sweet potatoes for complex carbs or timing your protein intake, I explain the why behind every meal. You do not need expensive, complicated supplements to see results if your daily nutrition is planned correctly.

The Gym as a Sanctuary

Beyond the weights and machines, I teach that the gym is a mental space. If you are stressed, angry, or anxious, you come here to sweat it out. This philosophy guides how we train: we focus on building discipline and patience just as much as we focus on building muscle. When your mind is clear, your body follows.

We provide personalized coaching across our Bangalore branches in Naagarbhavi, Laggere, Bedarahalli, and Vijayanagar. My goal is to ensure that when you walk out of the gym, you feel mentally stronger than when you walked in.
