About The Cali OG Community & Vibe
You will notice our members rocking the 'STREET' hoodie around, but don't ask where to buy one—you can't. It is not a membership perk you pay for; it is something you earn through grit and consistency. Whether it is nailing your first unassisted pull-up or showing up for your 3-month cycle, that hoodie is a badge of effort. If you see it on someone, it means they have put in the hours at our Koramangala warehouse, and it usually takes a few months of sweat before you get your hands on yours.
At Cali OG, we operate out of an industrial warehouse in 1st Block, Koramangala. There is no air conditioning here, just high-velocity fans, professional steel rigs, and a lot of work. We aren't interested in being the fancy gym that looks good for the 'gram. We are here to build a community where everyone—from the newbie walking in with zero fitness background to the local kids we train on weekends—feels like they belong.
Our philosophy is simple: Strength over looks. When you train with us, you are learning movement patterns that actually serve you in daily life. We mix calisthenics with obstacle training, animal flow, and old-school conditioning. You might find a corporate professional, a college student, and a parent all in the same batch, helping each other out with their form.
We prioritize injury prevention because we want you training for the long run, not just for the next 30 days. We don't believe in ego. If you can't do a pull-up yet, we start with hangs. If your form is off, we fix it. We are a family, and we celebrate every small win, whether it is a first push-up or a personal best on the Ninja Warrior course. If you want to train in a place where people actually know your name and push you to be better, come through.

We are Aslam and Muzzeta, and we started Cali OG because we were bored of the standard gym scene in Bengaluru. We wanted a place where the focus is on functional strength and real movement, not just staring at yourself in the mirror. Drop the ego, come by our warehouse, and let’s get to work.
