A showcase of our diverse portfolio, where vernacular building techniques meet contemporary planning to create spaces rooted in local context and family memory.

The double-height staircase in Grove House creates a sense of spaciousness and light. The clean lines of the glass and wood railing are a modern counterpoint to the home's tropical setting.

A view from the living room into the study of Apartment 1005. The wooden screen with fluted glass provides a subtle separation while allowing light to pass through, creating layers within the space.

The entrance porch of Grove House is surrounded by dense plantation, creating a sense of arrival and concealing the home from plain sight.

The courtyard of Maison Rouge, featuring reclaimed timber columns and a laterite stone wall. This space is the heart of the home, connecting the different living areas.

The living room of Apartment 3201, a space designed for a cosmopolitan family. The clean lines, neutral palette, and natural wood tones create a calm and sophisticated atmosphere.

A console table in Apartment 1600, where we curated art and objects to reflect the client's personality. The fluted wood paneling adds texture to the wall.

A quiet moment on the veranda of Pavilion House, looking out over the semi-arid landscape of Nashik. Our designs always prioritize a connection to the surroundings.

About this collection

Every project shown here addresses a specific constraint, whether it is the arid climate of Nashik or the humid, saline environment of the Alibaug coast. We prioritize a visceral connection between the architecture and the site, ensuring that materials like laterite stone, reclaimed timber, and local basalt are used not just for aesthetics, but to ground the home in its landscape.

Designing a home is a process of translation, taking the abstract thoughts of a family and turning them into physical reality. Our work moves across different terrains, from the Konkan belt to the high-rises of Mumbai. In each instance, we apply the same rigor, studying topography, wind patterns, and sun paths before a single brick is laid.

For our weekend retreats, we lean into vernacular forms. You will see laterite stone walls and sloping tiled roofs that respond to the heavy monsoons and tropical heat. Inside, the focus shifts to tactile experiences. We use reclaimed timber for cabinetry and custom-designed furniture to add warmth.

In our urban apartment projects, the challenges change. Here, the focus is on maximizing light and creating flow within a limited footprint. We use subtle interventions, like a fluted glass screen or a custom-built floating desk, to separate functions without closing off the space. Whether we are planning a master layout from scratch or styling a transitional bachelor pad, our goal remains constant, to build a home that is an honest reflection of its inhabitants. We do not force a style. We listen, interpret, and shape the space to support how you actually live.
