Our style is a mix of idealism and realism - we want every space to balance modern planning with local tradition.

Every detail is tuned to the land, climate, and the vibe you want. We don’t force a style; instead, we look for a visceral connection between your home and its surroundings.

What We Build and Design

• Custom homes and weekend retreats: If you want an escape from the city, we focus on site-specific home design, considering climate and local materials. Think tropical modern architecture in a coconut grove or a rural house built with laterite stone and reclaimed timber.
• Apartment interiors: Every urban home is different. Some families want minimalist, modern interiors; others go all-out with color and vintage touches. We’re comfortable with both.
• Details matter: From reclaimed terrazzo floors to curved teak walls, we sweat the small stuff if it makes a space feel right.

Homes That Breathe

Nature is a big part of our work. We design indoor-outdoor living spaces with large windows, deep verandas, and courtyards. Materials are local and tactile - basalt, timber, glass. Landscapes aren’t just added later; we make them part of the experience, whether it’s a desert garden in Nashik or a lush plantation in Alibaug.

Our studio is in Mumbai. We design and build across Maharashtra - Alibaug, Nashik, Konkan, Mahabaleshwar, and more.
