About Our Sisterhood: Partner & Team Challenges
You aren't just doing a plank; you are holding it while your partner cheers you on. It’s the buddy effect—our partner challenges at the studio mean you never have to motivate yourself alone. We have replaced boring isolation with team drills like synchronized lunges and tyre flips, so you burn calories while building genuine friendships.
At Route to Fitnness, we believe that showing up is half the battle. When you know your gym buddy is waiting for you, that 6 AM alarm clock becomes a lot easier to beat.
Why Partner Workouts Work
We don't just put people in a room and ask them to exercise. We design our HIIT and strength sessions to include partner and group challenges that push you further than you’d go on your own. Whether it’s a shared tyre flip or a synchronized dance fitness routine, these movements require coordination and, more importantly, communication.

Where We Train
We have created this space in Vikaspuri (G-155) and Paschim Vihar (Jeevan Niketan) specifically for women and kids. We keep our batch sizes between 12 and 18, ensuring you get the personal attention needed for form correction while still having enough people to keep the energy high. If you are looking for a place where you can be yourself, leave the ego at the door, and actually enjoy the grind, you have found your tribe.
