Since we host these in a dedicated studio with shock-absorbent wooden floors, you can jump and move without worrying about knee impact.
Aerial Yoga and Anti-Gravity
For those looking to decompress, our aerial yoga classes are a perfect fit. Using professional-grade silk hammocks, we guide you through inversions and stretches that feel great for back pain relief and flexibility. You do not need to be a gymnast to start. We cap these batches at 6-8 students to provide hands-on support, making sure you feel safe whether you are on the mat or in the air.
Traditional Yoga
