This is a snapshot of a personal training session focusing on functional strength. We incorporate exercises like TRX rows, tire slams, and lunges with weights to build power and endurance.

Strength in numbers. Here, my clients are performing synchronized walking lunges with dumbbells, a great exercise for building lower body strength and stability.
