Most people quit fitness because they get bored of doing the same thing every day. My aerobics sessions are the exact opposite. We combine Bollywood dance moves, high-intensity functional training, and cardio bursts so your body is constantly guessing.

Practical Details
We run six days a week with dedicated batches in the morning and evening. You can choose the slot that fits your day, and we also offer online streaming for those days you cannot make it to the studio. If you are struggling with form, I am right there in the group to provide spot correction and ensure you are moving safely. It is all about finding a routine that fits your lifestyle, not forcing you to fit into ours.
