My 12,000 sqft studio in Delta 1 isn't just about counting reps; it’s about the vibe. We use a high-energy JBL sound system and full-length mirrors to keep your form on point, whether you're hitting step aerobics, HIIT, or dance cardio. You are not just working out; you are training with a group that pushes you to finish every round.

Why Group Cardio Wins

Solo gymming can get dull fast. That is why I created these group sessions at Anchor Fitness Club. When the music is loud and everyone around you is sweating, you push yourself harder than you would alone. We focus on 'Bhai hit, jo fit'—getting results through consistent, high-energy movement.

What We Cover

  • Step Aerobics: We use height-adjustable steppers to build leg strength and cardiovascular endurance. It is rhythmic, challenging, and great for burning fat.
  • Dance Cardio: Think Zumba and beyond. We make it a party so you forget you are exercising. It is the best way to shed stress and calories at the same time.
  • High-Intensity Intervals (HIIT): For those days when you need a real challenge, we incorporate bodyweight moves and resistance bands to keep your heart rate up.

The Setup

We train in a dedicated 12,000 sqft studio with laminate wooden flooring—easy on the joints and perfect for dynamic moves. If the weather is good, we take the session to our rooftop turf for fresh air and a view that beats staring at a wall. We keep a 1:10 trainer-to-student ratio, so you get the attention you need to correct your form and stay safe, whether you are a complete beginner or a regular athlete.
