My High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) sessions are designed to be a 'qaatil routine' that torches calories. We use a variety of equipment like barbells, battle ropes, and medicine balls to keep the workouts dynamic and challenging every single time.

Hi, I’m Abhishek. I started Route to Fitnness to build a space where workouts don't feel like a punishment. It’s a happy, women-only community in West Delhi where we celebrate every win together, whether it’s hitting a new PR or just showing up on a Tuesday.
