About Live Vocal Performance (Hindustani & Semi-Classical)
What Music Means to Us
Music is more than an act for us - it's sadhana, a journey with soul. At Swarveni Gurukul, we put bhaav (emotion) and honesty at the centre of every note. Every time I sing, I ask myself and my team, "Bhaav aaya ya nahi?" (Did the emotion come through or not?). That’s the real test for us, not just hitting the right notes.
Our Live Performances
When you call us, it's not just a concert. We bring the full vibe of Hindustani classical and semi-classical music, rooted in Guru-Shishya tradition. Whether it’s a formal stage or a small baithak, our aim is simple - let the music create peace for everyone present. Raga, rhythm, rasa - that's the heart of our shows.
- Hindustani classical concert experience: Detailed raga recitals like Kedar, Bhairavi, Khamaj
- Live Ghazal performance and semi-classical: Ghazals, Thumri, Chaiti, Bhav Sangeet for mehfils
- Bhajans, Stutis for spiritual Indian music gathering at temples and festivals
- Tributes to legends and festival specials (like Holi melodies)

My Story
Namaskar, main Ashish Narayan Tripathi. Swarveni Gurukul for me is not just a place, it's home. Yahan pe music sirf hobby nahi hai, yeh toh poori zindagi hai. Guru-Shishya parampara mein hum music ko ek sadhana mante hain. Baithaks karte hain, jahan har sur, har bhaav ko mehsoos kar sakte ho. Mere bete Suramya bhi isi raaste pe hai, aur mujhe garv hai yeh sab share karne mein. Aap bhi aaiye, humare is musical safar ka hissa baniye.
My Work

Teaching with Bhaav (Emotion) - Here, sur aur taal ke saath-saath, bhaav sabse zaroori hai. Without emotion, music is empty.
