Our space exists because we believe learning is a journey we should take together, not a race to a finish line. When we created Svadhyaya, we stripped away the traditional classroom structure to make room for dialogue, exploration, and the occasional mistake. Whether you are looking for alternative learning support or a creative outlet, our environment is built for participation rather than passive observation.

What you can expect when you visit:

• Mixed-Age Engagement: You will often find adults and children working side by side. We believe that when a seven-year-old and an adult tackle the same clay wheel or martial arts posture, both perspectives shift.
• The Maker's Space: Our rooftop studio is equipped for pottery, sustainable art, and DIY projects. It is designed to be messy and tactile, allowing you to focus on the process of creation rather than the final product.
• Physical Movement: From bouldering on our adjustable wall to Kalaripayattu practice, we emphasize functional strength and body awareness. These aren't just workouts; they are ways to connect with your own physical capability.
• Community Dialogue: We are active members of COILS (Consortium of Open and Independent Learning Spaces). We host regular conversations for families, educators, and anyone interested in the alternative education scene in Bangalore.
