About Wellness & Life Coaching
Why I Coach
We all have our own raasta (path) and sometimes, what we need is someone to walk beside us while we figure things out. I don’t give you ready-made answers, but I do hold space for real conversations, self-reflection, and a bit of healthy questioning. Curiosity matters more to me than judgment - and I believe you already have the wisdom you need.
What Shapes My Approach
I’m an ICF certified coach, an unschooling amma (mother), and I weave in Indian music therapy when it fits. My style is human-first, not textbook. I lean into positive psychology - we’ll look for what’s strong, not what’s wrong. Mindfulness and acceptance? Those are big here. We also try unlearning the stuff that’s holding you back, and aligning your actions with what actually matters to you.
Who I Work With
- One-on-one coaching for adults wanting clarity, change, or just a nudge forward
- Emotional resilience workshops for teens, tackling stress, social media, relationships, and more
- Connection circles for parents, sharing real stories and building conscious bonds with kids
What To Expect
No quick fixes, no magic formulas. It’s a process - sometimes slow, sometimes messy, always honest. If you’re ready for a personal transformation journey (your own “andar ki khoj” - inner search), I’m here to walk with you. Pranams to everyone choosing this road.

My Story
I used to be a Chartered Accountant, crunching numbers and mentoring folks, until my little one asked me why she wasn’t allowed the same freedom as adults. That question hit me hard. Watching her explore, I realized we all need a space to learn together, not just follow rules. Svadhyaya grew out of that moment—here, adults and kids can ask, try, mess up, and figure things out, side by side.
My Work
Workshops & Classes for All Ages - We run Kalaripayattu classes for kids, bouldering, pottery, art, STEM workshops for families, and more.
Our Learning Philosophy - We put curiosity and exploration above technique or perfection. Learning is a joyful mess, not a race.
Grow Together, Side by Side - This space is for adults and kids to learn, connect, and support each other in Jayanagar, Bengaluru.
Teaching with Dialogue - If someone resists, we listen and adapt. It’s about guidance, not just giving answers.
