At Plyo Fit, we strictly limit our group batches to 10-15 people. Shraddikkenda kaaryam (the thing to focus on) is that we do not just lead you through a set routine for the sake of sweat. Our instructors, including specialists in Yoga Therapy, are on the floor to actually correct your form mid-session, ensuring you are not just copying movements but performing them safely and effectively.

Many people think group fitness is just about keeping up with the beat or the instructor. Oru thettaya dharanayanu (That is a wrong notion). When you join our Dance Fitness or Step Aerobics batches, our priority is biomechanics. You will see us pause a track to ensure your knee alignment is correct or your core is engaged properly, because preventing injury is just as important as burning calories.

For those seeking mental clarity and flexibility, our Yoga sessions are led by instructors with advanced certifications in Health and Yoga Therapy. These are not generic stretch classes. They are structured to improve mobility and core strength with a deep understanding of anatomy.
