Then, when the summer sun hits HSR Layout, we take it to the pool for Aqua Zumba. The water resistance does the hard work for you, toning muscles naturally while you splash around with the group.
We provide the aerobic steppers in the studio, so you just need to bring your enthusiasm and your yoga mat.
