High Energy Zumba and Fitness Classes in Action
Get ready to sweat, smile, and find your rhythm. My sessions mix high-energy Bollywood Zumba with strength-building power yoga, all designed to make fitness feel like a party rather than a chore.
Come and join one of my power yoga sessions. This video gives you a peek into my class, where I guide my clients through dynamic movements like the lizard pose and a full Surya Namaskar sequence. My classes are designed to improve flexibility, build strength, and burn fat in an energetic group setting.
In this yoga class, I teach my clients how to do Dand, also known as the Hindu push-up. This is a challenging exercise that builds incredible upper body strength and aids in fat loss. I also provide modifications for different fitness levels.

About My Fitness Classes in Action
If you are worried about keeping up, don't be. Whether we are doing the lizard pose in yoga or the Dand (Hindu push-ups), I always break the moves down step-by-step. I show you how to modify every exercise so you can push yourself without getting overwhelmed.

Bollywood Zumba: We dance to high-beat tracks. You do not need to be a professional dancer to join. If you want to burn calories without staring at a clock, this is for you. We focus on movement and joy, not perfect steps.

Power Yoga & Strength: I like to mix things up. We do traditional sequences like Surya Namaskar to open up the body, but we also get into strength work. If you have ever wanted to learn the Dand (Hindu push-up), I will teach you the proper form. If your knees bother you, I provide safer variations—I never want you to do a move that causes pain.
