About Bollywood Fitness: Where Workouts Feel Like a Party
You don't need to be a trained dancer to start here. My batches are strictly beginner-friendly, and the studio floor is custom-fitted with high-density foam to keep your joints safe while you're dropping it low or working on that cardio. It's a non-judgmental space where the goal is to smile as much as you sweat.
I started Divine Movement because I know what it feels like to be trapped in a 9-to-5 grind, looking for an outlet. Dance was my way out, and that's exactly what I've built here in Chhatarpur: a space where you come exactly as you are.
Why this is different from a regular gym
My Bollywood fitness classes aren't about perfecting technique or learning complex routines for a stage. They are about movement therapy disguised as a party. We combine high-energy choreography with cardio drills that feel more like a Saturday night out than a workout.
What you get
- Small Batches: We keep groups between 10 to 20 people. This ensures I can actually check on your form and keep the energy high without anyone getting lost in the back of the room.
- Safety First: The studio is air-conditioned, but more importantly, we have specialized shock-absorbent flooring. Your knees and ankles will thank you, especially when we start incorporating jumping or more intense cardio drills.
- Hybrid Flexibility: Not in the area? I offer online hybrid sessions, so you can join via Zoom. We provide practice videos for home rehearsal so you never fall behind if you miss a day.
- The Structure: Every 60-minute session is broken down into a warmup, a proper choreography breakdown, and a cool-down stretch.

I’m Harshita, a former lawyer who traded courtrooms for dance studios. I built this space because I know exactly how it feels to need an escape from the 9-to-5 grind, and I promise you don't need any 'perfect' steps to belong here.
