My sessions are the opposite of a monotonous gym routine. We crank up Bollywood, Bhangra, and heavy Kuthu tracks, and the workout just happens while you're busy having fun. Whether you are a complete beginner or someone who has danced before, I break down the steps so you can focus on the vibe and keep moving without worrying about perfection.
I believe that if you don't enjoy your workout, you won't stick to it. That is why my approach is simple: consistency is key, and fun is mandatory. When you join my dance fitness sessions, you aren't just doing cardio; you are learning trending hook steps, burning calories, and releasing stress.
What to Expect
- Variety: We cycle through high-energy beats—Bollywood, Tollywood, Bhangra, and Kuthu—so no two classes feel the same.

- Consistency: I run structured monthly batches with 8 to 12 sessions, which helps you build a rhythm and actually see results.
Where We Train
I conduct classes at My Third Space in Indiranagar and Stepperz Dance Aerobics N Yoga Studio in Sadashiva Nagar. I also offer 1-on-1 private training if you prefer a more focused environment where we can tailor the intensity to your stamina.
