About Fun with Friends 🎨

When you finish your piece, you don't need to worry about the kiln work—I handle all the firing and glazing myself. I trim, dry, and fire your creations to make them food-safe and waterproof. Your finished masterpiece will be ready for you to collect from my Ghatkopar studio in about 3 to 4 weeks, giving you a functional keepsake to remember the day.

Pottery is so much better when you have your favourite people around. Whether it’s a long-overdue catch-up with best friends, a girls' day out, or just a weekend plan that needs an upgrade, my studio offers a space to unplug and reconnect.

The Workshop Experience

My group sessions focus on hand-building techniques—pinch, coil, and slab. We avoid the wheel for these workshops because sitting around a table is better for conversation. It’s less 'art class' and more 'hangout.' You get to pick your project—coffee mugs, trinket dishes, or abstract platters—and I provide all the tools, aprons, and clay you need.

Why Ghatkopar?

My studio isn't a sterile classroom. It’s a cozy balcony setup with greenery, the sound of trains passing by, and a view that’s perfect for watching the sunset. It’s the 'pottery, chai aur baarish' vibe I love.

Practical Details

  • No Experience Needed: Most of my guests are absolute beginners. I guide you step-by-step.
  • Duration: Workshops run for 2 to 2.5 hours.
  • Inclusions: All materials, tools, and firing costs are included in your session price.
  • Turnaround: Because ceramics require careful drying and two rounds of firing (bisque and glaze), your pieces won't be ready to take home the same day. The 3-4 week wait ensures your work is food-safe and durable.

I’m Aparnaa, and I started this studio because clay is just pure magic—it’s honest, messy, and healing. Whether it’s a group of friends or a long-distance bestie reunion, I love watching you shape memories right here on my balcony.
