Fun Pottery Workshops for Friends, Teams, & Families
Get your people together, roll up your sleeves, and get a little muddy. Whether it is a corporate team outing, a surprise bachelorette, or just a day out with friends, my studio in Powai is the perfect spot to laugh, bond, and create.
We hosted the team from BeSugarFit for an employee engagement activity. It was a wonderful way for colleagues, many of whom work from home, to bond and connect in person over a shared creative experience.
Celebrating a bride-to-be with a surprise bachelorette party at the studio. Her friends organized this unique 'hens party' to create lasting memories before the big day.

Pottery with Gen Z is a whole vibe. It's full of singing, laughter, and lots of creativity. We love the energy and fresh ideas that younger groups bring to the studio.
Bura na mano, Holi hai. For us, Holi is a festival of colors and clay. Here's a group of friends celebrating together at the studio, showing their muddy hands with big smiles.

About Group Workshops: Friends, Family & Teams
Don't worry about being perfect or making a museum-worthy piece. These sessions are all about the vibe, the mess, and the laughter. We have hosted corporate teams who were meeting for the first time, bridal gangs celebrating a bachelorette, and groups of friends just looking to do something different on a weekend. If you can hold a lump of clay, you are already good to go.
When you put a bunch of people behind a potter's wheel, the dynamic shifts instantly. It is the great equalizer. In a room full of clay, titles and office stress seem to melt away. That is why so many companies and friend groups choose this for their outings.
Why it works for groups
Unlike an office dinner or a movie, pottery is active and hands-on. It forces you to be present. You cannot check your phone when your hands are covered in wet clay. This makes it a fantastic ice-breaker for teams who work remotely or for friends who rarely get time to catch up properly. It is a shared challenge that usually ends in a lot of accidental funny shapes and genuine laughter.
What happens in the studio
Located right here in Powai, my studio is a cozy space where we prioritize comfort over strict rules. For larger groups, we blend wheel-throwing demonstrations with hand-building exercises. This ensures that everyone, regardless of their skill level, gets to take something home.
- Corporate Events: Great for employee engagement. We focus on collaboration and creative release.
- Celebrations: Whether it is a birthday party or a bachelorette, we set the mood with music and a relaxed atmosphere.
- Friends & Family: Perfect for groups of any age, from kids to grandparents.
We provide the aprons and the clay. You just need to bring your enthusiasm and maybe a towel if you think you will get extra messy. After the session, I take care of the drying, trimming, and glazing for everyone. Your finished pieces will be ready for pickup in 3 to 4 weeks, serving as a permanent memory of the day you spent creating together.
