Whether it is a creative team-building day, a unique birthday party, or a relaxing afternoon with friends, our Prabhadevi studio is where you can slow down and get your hands dirty together.

We recently hosted a corporate workshop at the studio, and it was a blast. It's a fantastic team-building activity that encourages creativity and collaboration in a fun, relaxed environment.

To celebrate Women's Day, we organized a special pottery workshop with some of India's most prominent female architects. Here, a participant is focused on a hand-building project.

During our Women's Day workshop, I had the pleasure of providing one-on-one guidance to the talented architects who joined us. It was an inspiring celebration of creativity and artistry.

An instructor provides hands-on assistance to a participant on the pottery wheel during our special event. We ensure everyone gets the guidance they need to create their piece.

The joy on a participant's face says it all. Trying the pottery wheel for the first time is a memorable experience, and we love seeing people light up as the clay takes shape.

Our workshops are not just about pottery; they're about creating a relaxed and social atmosphere. Participants in our Women's Day event enjoy some refreshments while working on their clay creations.

I recently conducted a ceramics and pottery workshop for students at the Thakur School of Architecture and Planning. It was a wonderful day of hands-on exploration where art and design came together.

A pottery session is a wonderful activity to share with a friend. This video captures the fun of a "Gilmore Girls" inspired day at the studio, resulting in beautiful handmade items like a leaf tray and a butterfly mug.

Looking for a unique date idea? A pottery session is a wonderful way to connect and create something together. Get your hands dirty, share a few laughs, and make a memory that will last longer than the clay.

About Create Together: Group Workshops & Events

You don’t need to be an artist to join; the real magic is in the shared process, not the perfect final result. Whether it is a team-building exercise or a casual birthday afternoon, I guide your group through wedging, wheel throwing, and hand-building. You will leave with your own creations, and after I carefully glaze and fire them in my studio, they will be ready for you to pick up in about three weeks.

A Space to Create Together

My studio in Prabhadevi, located right opposite the Siddhivinayak Temple, was designed to be a calm escape from the city rush. It is a space where I love hosting groups—whether you are planning a unique date, a fun birthday party for kids, or a collaborative team-building event for your office. We trade phone screens for clay and spend a few hours focusing on the simple, tactile joy of making something from scratch.

How Our Workshops Work

When you book a session, the studio is yours to explore. We provide all the tools, clay, and aprons you need.

  • For Teams: Pottery is a fantastic way for colleagues to step out of their usual roles and communicate differently. I have hosted architects, creative teams, and corporate groups who find that the tactile nature of clay helps break the ice and build connections.
  • For Dates & Friends: If you are looking for a fun alternative to the usual coffee or dinner, a pottery session offers a chance to laugh, get messy, and bond over the challenge of centering clay on the wheel.
  • For Celebrations: Whether it is a kids' party or a small gathering, I make sure the environment is lively and supportive.

What to Expect

We cover the fundamentals: preparing the clay, shaping it on the wheel, and using hand-building techniques like pinching and coiling. Because pottery requires patience—especially with drying, glazing, and firing—your masterpieces won't be ready to take home immediately. My process takes about three weeks to ensure everything is durable and food-safe. I will notify you once they are ready for pickup from the studio.

Hi, I am Yashashri. My studio in Prabhadevi is my happy place, and I love opening it up to groups who want to step away from the noise. It is not about perfection here—it is about the quiet joy of making something with your own two hands, together.
