About Specialty Clay Workshops
Why I Do This
Making things with my hands has always been my happy place. These workshops are less about perfect pots and more about finding a little peace, getting your hands muddy, and letting your ideas flow. It’s like clay therapy - you get to switch off and just create.
What’s Different Here
Pottery isn’t just about spinning the wheel. I focus on hand-building pottery classes, where you shape whatever you imagine. Want a funky sculpture or something for your wall? This is your space to try it out.
Pick Your Clay Adventure
- Tiny Claylings: A playful 3-hour miniature clay art workshop. Make up to 5 tiny pieces - animals, food, charms - and paint them too. Great for solo fun or a quirky claydate. I’ll fire and glaze your creations so you can use them as keychains or keepsakes.
- Custom Projects: Got a Pinterest idea? Bring it! From clay murals to wind chimes or trinket dishes, we’ll build it together. You dream it, I’ll help you make it.
The Studio Vibe
It’s a chill spot with music, a nice view, and the sound of wind chimes. Most people are total beginners, so don’t stress. I’ll guide you step by step. All materials are included. After you’re done, I handle the firing and glazing - you get a finished, food-safe piece to take home.
Real Talk
Clay is forgiving. Don’t worry about mess or mistakes. Like I always say, paani aur mitti se darna nahi hai, daag acche hote hain (don’t fear water and mud, stains are good). Pottery, chai aur baarish - that’s the vibe.

My Story
Hey, I'm Aparnaa, Chief Clay Officer at Studio Hands inClay. I started this studio because clay felt like magic to me - it’s honest, messy, and somehow healing. Our balcony studio isn’t just about making pots, it’s about making memories. Whether it’s couples on a first date, families, or friends, I love watching folks shape more than just clay here. That’s what keeps me going.
