Designing Integrated Corporate Campuses & IT Parks
We design corporate campuses and IT parks as living ecosystems. Our approach balances modular planning for future scalability with biophilic design that puts employee well-being at the heart of every square foot.

The Godrej Centre Development is situated within a lush green canopy, with an elevated metro line passing by. This image highlights our approach to designing modern workplaces that are connected to urban infrastructure while being buffered by nature.
Tiered landscape seating at the Godrej Centre Development provides an outdoor amphitheater for employees. This feature encourages informal gatherings and relaxation, extending the workspace into the natural environment.
The glass facade of the Godrej Centre Development, featuring operable windows that give users control over their immediate environment. The building is framed by mature trees, demonstrating our commitment to biophilic modern workspace ideas.

The Pinnacle Campus features unique "think-pods" that project from the facade, offering employees private workspaces with expansive views of the surrounding hills. This design element is a direct response to the need for both focus and connection to nature.
The ground-level entrance of the Pinnacle Campus, where the building's structure provides a shaded overhang above a lush lawn. This seamless transition between inside and outside is a core principle of our biophilic design philosophy.
The spacious, minimalist lobby of the Pinnacle Campus, with floor-to-ceiling windows that flood the space with natural light. The textured concrete wall adds a tactile quality, while the open layout provides a clear view of the landscaped exterior.
An outdoor covered cafeteria at the Pinnacle Campus, featuring organically shaped wooden tables with integrated planters. This space blurs the boundary between inside and outside, allowing employees to dine and collaborate in a natural setting.

About Corporate Campuses & IT Parks
We utilize universal grid planning for all campus projects. This framework allows your facility to scale and expand in phases without disrupting daily operations, ensuring your physical infrastructure grows exactly in sync with your business needs.
Our approach to campus design moves beyond simple floor plates. We create environments that function as active, integrated parts of the city. At the Godrej Centre, we addressed the urban heat island effect by using strategic massing and integrating the site’s mature landscape through the building lobby, creating a green buffer that softens the structure's footprint.
For projects like the Pinnacle Campus, we prioritize biophilic design to enhance productivity. By incorporating features like think-pods that project from the facade, we provide employees with direct access to natural views and light. This reduces fatigue and fosters a sense of wellness. The transition between interior and exterior is a constant focus; we treat cafes and circulation zones as extensions of the landscape to maintain a constant connection to the outdoors.
We also view the campus as a public realm, as demonstrated by The V Park in Hyderabad. We moved away from gated-community models to design a triple-height plaza that functions as a high street for both IT professionals and the surrounding community. This strategy transforms the building from a static office block into a vibrant landmark that remains active throughout the day.
Sustainability is the foundation of our work, not an add-on. We use our own Design Sustainability Matrix to measure real impact, targeting LEED and WELL certifications for every campus. By integrating radiant cooling, solar PV panels, and water management systems, we deliver buildings that are operationally efficient and future-ready. Whether it is a sprawling IT campus or a dense urban office, our methodology remains consistent: design that listens to its context, serves its people, and stands the test of time.
