Creative & Corporate Workspaces: Offices Designed to Breathe
We transform offices into ecosystems that balance productivity with human comfort. From open, collaborative layouts for creative teams to structured corporate environments, we use natural light, plants, and ergonomic planning to build spaces that your team will actually want to work in.
This video shows the complete before and after journey of the LWYD Interactive office. We took an empty shell and transformed it into a quirky, open, and green workspace, tailored to the needs of a fast-growing advertising company on a tight budget.
A breakout area within the LWYD office, featuring a comfortable sofa and views of the surrounding greenery. We incorporated suspended planters throughout the space to add a touch of nature and create visual separation without building walls.
An open workstation area at LWYD, viewed through a glass-walled meeting room. This design choice promotes transparency and connection while still providing acoustic separation for focused discussions.
This view highlights the founder's cabin, which includes a small lounge area for informal meetings. The design uses suspended gardens to create a natural, calming canopy over the workspace.
The main workstation zone, designed for flexibility and collaboration. The open plan is broken up by colorful rugs and planters, giving the large space a cozy and organized feel.
A closer look at the reception desk and the custom-designed glass partitions at the LWYD office. The design balances industrial elements with soft textures and vibrant colors to create a unique brand statement right at the entrance.

About Creative & Corporate Workspaces
One of the most persistent challenges in office design is creating zones for deep work without making the space feel boxed in. In our recent project for LWYD Interactive, instead of building solid walls that block light and collaboration, we used custom suspended metal frameworks holding plants to act as visual dividers. It kept the floor plan open for interaction while giving employees enough acoustic and visual privacy to actually get their work done.
How We Approach Commercial Interiors
We don't believe in sterile, 'one-size-fits-all' offices. Whether you are running a fast-paced advertising agency or a structured corporate firm, the physical space you occupy plays a massive role in how your team thinks and collaborates.
The Biophilic Advantage
We are big believers in bringing the outside in. By integrating natural elements—like the suspended greenery in our LWYD project—we help soften the harsh lines of industrial or modern office architecture. It isn't just decoration; it reduces stress and creates a sense of calm that helps people focus.
Function First, Aesthetics Second
Design is only good if it works. Before we look at colors or materials, we look at your workflow. Do your teams need to collaborate constantly, or do they need quiet corners for intense focus? We analyze your movement patterns to determine layout.
- Ergonomics: We plan around comfortable seating and correct desk height to prevent burnout.
- Acoustics: In open plans, noise is the enemy of productivity. We use acoustic treatments—fabric panels, carpet tiles, or specialized glass partitions—to manage sound without closing off the space.
- Budget & Timeline: We respect your numbers. We’ve delivered projects for growing agencies on tight budgets by being creative with materials, prioritizing exposed ceilings and smart modular furniture over expensive, unnecessary finishing.
Our Process
Every project starts with a conversation and a sketch. I don't hide behind software in the early stages. We sit with you, map out how you work, and identify the bottlenecks in your current setup. If you have a weird corner or a tight floor plate, we see that as a puzzle, not a limitation. Our goal is to build a workspace that reflects your company culture—a place that feels like it belongs to your people.
