Inspiring Commercial & Institutional Spaces
We design workspaces and campuses that prioritize natural light, green environments, and human connection, blending sustainability with bold architecture.
A magazine feature on the Jaquar Global HQ, highlighting its iconic structure. The design was conceived as a symbol of the company's soaring spirit, blending futuristic form with sustainable principles.
An article detailing the design philosophy behind the Jaquar HQ. We worked to create a landmark that was not only visually striking but also deeply rooted in our principles of eco-sensitive and culturally relevant architecture.
A throwback to a feature on the Jaquar HQ's interior art. This stunning sculpture, reflected in the lobby's water feature, embodies the brand's connection to water and our focus on integrating art into architecture.
The 'Shringar Rasa' water installation by Michael Foley at the Jaquar HQ. We collaborated with artists to create immersive experiences that elevate the corporate environment.
A feature on the water efficiency of the Jaquar HQ. The building recycles 100% of its water, a key part of our commitment to creating net-zero, sustainable projects.
The Pana Global School in Mangalore, viewed from across the adjacent lake. The campus is designed to harmonize with its natural setting, providing students with an inspiring and tranquil environment for learning.
The stepped facade of the Pana Global School. The use of locally sourced laterite stone and recessed windows is a climate-responsive design strategy that also roots the building in its regional context.
About this collection
We design workspaces focusing on biophilic elements, using green walls and passive cooling to keep your team energized while lowering energy costs. It is not just about adding plants, as we engineer the ventilation and layout to make the building breathe, which creates a noticeable difference in employee well-being and productivity.
Architecture for us is a dialogue between the community and the environment. When we approach a commercial or institutional project, we look beyond the square footage. Our process begins with climate analysis, studying sun paths and wind direction to ensure the structure is passive and energy-efficient from day one.
Our Design Approach
- Net-Zero Focus: We integrate 100% water recycling and aquifer recharge systems into our master planning. This reduces long-term operational costs and ensures your campus is ecologically responsible.
- Biophilic Architecture: By utilizing organic shapes, green walls, and parametric glazing, we bring nature into the office. This fosters a healthier workspace, as seen in our work on the Bosch Learning Campus.
- Cultural Roots: We blend traditional elements like Mangalore tiles or locally sourced laterite stone with modern utility. This creates a distinct visual identity that grounds your building in its local context, much like our design for the Pana Global School in Mangalore.
The Process
We are on-site frequently, collaborating with engineers to hide utility lines and ensure column-free spaces. Whether it is a corporate headquarters like the Jaquar HQ or an educational facility, we prioritize creating a collaborative flow. We handle the master planning, from zoning and infrastructure to the final landscape lighting. We believe a building should feel as good as it looks, and we are committed to constructing spaces that thrive for generations.
