Moments and Reflections from our Journey
Authentic yoga is a serious practice, but the path is also full of grace and shared laughter. Here is a glimpse into how we connect with our community.
A little humor on the spiritual path. If you are looking for authentic yoga practices, I can assure you that if you ask for Surya Kriya, you may also receive Surya Shakti. We are starting new workshops soon.
About Additional Work
We believe that deep, transformative work does not need to be stiff or intimidating. Whether we are discussing the finer points of Surya Kriya or sharing a lighthearted moment about our workshops, our goal remains the same: to make the tools of classical yoga approachable for everyone, regardless of their background.
Our approach to yoga is rooted in tradition, but our way of sharing it is shaped by the lives of the people who walk through our doors. We often hear from participants who feel that yoga must be overly solemn or performance-based. We work to dismantle that idea.
At our core, we teach Classical Hatha Yoga exactly as designed by the Isha Hatha Yoga School, with over 1750 hours of intensive training behind every session. This means no music, no props, and no gimmicks—just the practice. However, outside the studio, we find that a little humor can be the best way to open a door. When we create content, we look for ways to bridge the gap between ancient science and modern life in Gurugram and beyond.
Whether it is a workshop announcement or a reflection on a recent retreat, our focus is on building a community where you feel comfortable exploring your inner nature. If you are looking for a space to learn Surya Kriya, Surya Shakti, or Angamardana, you will find a team that values your time and your search for 'Param sukh' (ultimate bliss). We are here to offer support, answer your questions, and ensure you have a clear path to your own practice.
