Upcoming Classical Yoga Retreats & Himalayan Immersions
A retreat is not a holiday. These are immersive, silent spaces for serious sadhana, set against the backdrop of the Himalayas. We invite you to step away from your daily noise and explore your inner nature.
Announcing our Seva Yoga and Wellness Retreat in Kasar, Almora, from June 22nd to 25th. This is an invitation to immerse yourself in yogic practices against the backdrop of a Himalayan sunset.
This is more than a retreat; it is an opportunity to embark on a transformative journey. Here in the Himalayas, you will experience the profound impact of Sadhguru's teachings, dive into the depths of meditation, and discover the power of a supportive community on your spiritual path.
Here is what you can look forward to: learning powerful Classical Hatha Yoga, excursions to Binsar Wildlife Sanctuary, imbibing the energies of ancient temples, and enjoying clean, plant-based meals with a community of fellow seekers.
I invite you to register for our upcoming spiritual retreat. We will deepen our practice with Hatha Yoga designed by Sadhguru and visit sacred sites like Kasar Devi and Jageshwar Temple. Limited spots are available for this journey.
About Upcoming Retreats & Details
This is a practical, no-frills environment. Over these 4 days, you will follow a structured routine of Classical Hatha Yoga—Surya Kriya or Surya Shakti—without any music or props to distract you. We keep our groups small, so expect individual attention and a focus on mastering the practice as it was designed, while we handle all logistical details like sattvic meals and transport.
We design these immersions to offer you a pause from the constant chatter of your mind. When we travel to places like Kasar Devi or Jageshwar, we are not visiting tourist spots; we are choosing spaces where the energy supports deep inner work. You will follow a strict schedule: early morning practice, guided treks to sacred sites, and dedicated time for quiet reflection.
The Daily Flow
Your day starts early, as is standard in our tradition, to align with the body's natural cycle. We practice outdoors when possible, letting the mountain air and the silence of the Himalayas deepen your receptivity. We provide vegetarian, plant-based sattvic meals, prepared specifically to keep your system light and energized for your practice.
What You Will Learn
Every module—whether it is Surya Kriya for inner balance or Surya Shakti for energy—is taught exactly as we received it during our 1750 hours of training. You do not need to be flexible or experienced to start. You just need to bring your willingness to participate and learn.
Travel & Logistics
We handle all local transfers from the meeting point to our accommodation, which is selected for its proximity to nature and silence. Whether we are staying at a homestay or a mountain resort, the environment is kept simple. This is about removing the layers of comfort that keep us from our true selves, not adding new ones. If you are ready to explore your own boundaries in a supportive, like-minded community, we invite you to join our next cycle.
