Our approach for children aged 7 and above focuses on foundational strength and cognitive clarity. We steer clear of gimmicks, loud music, or rapid, erratic movements. Instead, we teach the fundamentals of Angamardana and Classical Surya Namaskar to build physical stability.

The studio in Suncity is specifically designed to eliminate external distractions. By moving away from digital stimulation, children often find a natural calmness. Beyond the physical postures, we introduce Nada Yoga, the yoga of sound, to help improve memory and vocal strength. We also observe how they relate to their own systems, guiding them to understand what kind of food supports their energy levels versus what leaves them lethargic.

Parents receive regular updates regarding their child's discipline and ability to follow complex instructions. Since our groups are deliberately kept small to maintain the intensity and quality of the instruction, we focus on ensuring every child understands the geometry of their own body before they finish the module.
