Training Structure
- Shared Attention: A certified trainer supervises you along with 1-2 other clients simultaneously.
- Frequency: Training availability 6 days a week (Mon-Sat).
- Programming: Standard goal-based workout chart updated monthly (Hypertrophy or General Weight Loss).
- Safety: Spotting assistance on heavy compound lifts like Squats and Bench Press.
Diet & Equipment
- Nutritional Guidance: General dietary guidelines regarding protein intake, hydration, and food avoidance. (Note: No daily tracking).
- Machine Guidance: Instruction on using imported Fitness World machines and cable attachments.
- Cardio: Guidance on post-workout cardio duration on treadmills or rowers.
Dedicated Body Transformation Program
Dedicated Coaching
- 1-on-1 Attention: Trainer assigned solely to you for a 60-minute session to count every rep and control tempo.
- Custom Strategy: Tailored plans for rapid fat loss or muscle gain based on specific body type.
- Tracking: Weekly measurements including weight checks and inch loss tracking with photo documentation.
Advanced Nutrition
- Granular Diet Plan: Weighed-food meal plans with calculated macros (Protein/Carbs/Fats).

My Story
Absolute Fit shuru kiya tha (started Absolute Fit) not to be just another gym with machines. Hum yahan family banate hain (We make a family here). Kanatal trips, cricket matches, Dandiya nights, Diwali parties - sab kuch hota hai (everything happens here). Log aate hain body transform karne (People come to transform their bodies), par yahan community milti hai. Dekha hai members ko 20kg lose karte hue, nayi confidence milti hai. Yahan sab start hota hai - masti, support, and real connections.
