At our New Friends Colony studio, we structure partner circuits—like resistance band work or kettlebell drills—specifically to build that team dynamic, ensuring you push each other safely while keeping the energy high.
Why Train With a Partner?
It is simple: accountability. When you know someone is waiting for you at the gym, you show up. When you know your workout buddy is relying on you to complete that set of squats or lateral raises, you push harder. Our sessions here are built around that exact principle. We don't just put two people on a treadmill next to each other. We use equipment like TRX, medicine balls, and resistance bands to create exercises that require coordination, synchronization, and trust.
What to Expect in Our Sessions
- Partner Circuits: These are designed to keep your heart rate up. One person handles the active move while the other manages the tempo or rest, creating a flow that feels more like a game than a chore.
- Form-Focused Supervision: Even when you are training with a friend, our trainers are always on the floor. We correct your stance during partner squats and ensure your tension is right during band-assisted presses. Safety remains our priority.
- Shared Wins: Whether it is hitting a new personal best or just finishing a tough burpee circuit, sharing that victory with a friend makes the hard work feel a lot lighter.
Group Classes: Functional Training & Zumba
If you prefer the energy of a crowd, our group classes are the place to be. We host dedicated sessions for Functional Training and Zumba, open to both our regular members and non-members. These classes are perfect for anyone who wants to sweat it out in a community setting, make new friends, and follow a structured routine led by our instructors Joel and Shubham.
