Strength isn't just about the weights you lift. It is about the fire you carry. My journey from humble beginnings to 8x Mr. Karnataka wasn't luck. It was relentless grit, a supportive family, and a refusal to listen to the doubters.
If I desire something, I will not give up. I will do whatever work is necessary and endure any hardship to get it. This video shows the foundation of my new gym, a dream I worked hard to achieve.

How much does it cost to build a body like this? It will cost you your entire house. This is an expensive game, but my wife is always there, supporting my passion.

About this collection
My gym, Karnataka Xtreme Fitness, is not a fancy air-conditioned studio with flashing lights. It is a hardcore iron gym with 40kg plus dumbbells, plate-loaded machines, and a real, gritty atmosphere. You come here to work, to sweat, and to earn your muscle. If you want comfort, look elsewhere. If you want results, we have the space, the equipment, and the focus to help you get them.
Building this gym was my own version of KGF. People used to ask what I could achieve, but I knew the movie was just starting. My philosophy is simple: will power defeats all power.
The Way I Train When you join my sessions, you are not just following a standard chart. You are working with a regional medalist who has been through every injury, diet phase, and mental slump.
- The Iron Standard: We focus on the basics: heavy deadlifts, squats, and presses. These are non-negotiable and done with perfect form.
- Beyond The Weights: You cannot out-train a bad diet. I guide you through macro-nutrient planning using affordable whole foods like eggs, chicken, and rice.
- Age Is Just A Number: Whether you are 15 or 50, if you have the fire, I have the time. We train everyone from competitive athletes aiming for stage glory to regular folks looking for a real transformation.
My Support System My wife, Sangeetha, is the backbone of everything I do. She is the reason I can balance the intensity of competition prep with running this gym. When you train with us, you are not just a number on a ledger. You are part of a team that believes in showing the world who you are through your actions, not your words.
